The exchange of information and ideas among people is mainly done through language. The implementation is usually conveyed in both written and oral forms. To communicate in a written way, people must represent their ideas, wishes, and feelings by arranging the alphabet into words and sentences. In oral communication, on the other hand, people convey their ideas, wishes, and feelings by speaking directly to each other. Compared to the written form, the oral form is the most frequently used in daily human activities. Through communication, people send and receive messages effectively and negotiate the meaning.
Language is the primary tool for communication, establishing peace and order in our society, showing authority and power, and attaining goals and objectives. But, it can also destroy society if used inappropriately by Susiati et al. (2019). The use of language includes the specific actions, behavior, or techniques that the speaker uses to convey the intended meaning or express the language itself. Those specific actions or expressions belong to the strategies in using the language. It must follow the society's conformity to avoid conflicts and meet the boundary of individual differences.
